Return & Refund Policy

Product Returns

You may return physical products within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Service Refunds

For freelance services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has not commenced, a full refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be offered for partially completed work.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom/personalized designs, completed automation setups, and digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
